MCKS SAATHIYA endeavours to fulfil the aspirations of youth from economically weaker sections of the society who wish to make a career in Hospitality Operations. Run in collaboration with SAATHIYA, the Skilling Academy, (a Shibulal Family Philanthropic Initiative), the program was launched in Feb 2022.

This program is a unique combination of Short Term Skill Training and Long Term Career Support to help underprivileged youth build their careers in the field of Hotel Management.

The program module includes:

• 6 weeks of classroom & lab training
• Followed by 3 months OJT (On job training) with stipend
• So far, 37 students have been skilled for ICDP in Hospitality sector from MCKS SAATHIYA

Following successful completion OJT the students are placed in 4 and 5 star hotels. We are committed to mentor our students for upto 5 years, so they can grow in their careers.
Some of our students are currently enrolled for the Hotel Management Program (distance learning) while working in full time, well paying jobs.
